• The purpose of this guide is to help you get setup with Teamspeak RC2.

System Requirements:

• Headset with Microphone (Must have one)

Setting Up

Teamspeak

• Download the program here
• Install it wherever you like
• Open up Teamspeak
• You should see the following window

• Click on CONNECTION at the TOP and select CONNECT

• You will see this window

• Right click on SERVERS and choose ADD SERVER

• When “New Server” is highlighted change it to CosaNostraClan

On the side you will see this menu, put in the information illustrated in the following screenshot.

• The other fields can remain blank for now. Press CONNECT below
• You should see something like this

• Click on SETTINGS and go to SOUND Input/Output Settings

• You will see this Window. Make sure PUSH TO TALK is SELECTED

• Press the SET button Beside it and press A KEY YOU WANT TO TALK WITH. A good choice would be Middle Mouse Button

• Time to test to see if TS is working. Click on CELP 5.1 Kbit and change it to Speex 25.9 Kbit for TESTING purposes

• Click on ACTIVATE LOCAL TEST MODE.

Now press the BUTTON that you SET earlier. When you PRESS it, the LIGHT will turn green.

If you can hear yourself then you are good to go. Click CLOSE.

Rules:

• You must ALWAYS use PUSH-TO-TALK to talk in teamspeak, if you don’t everyone will scream at you.
• You must use a HEADSET when in Teamspeak, if you don’t Calo will kick your butt and Mechy will laugh at you.
• Have respect for everyone on TS and INGAME ESPECIALLY Cosa Nostra members.
• You may be having a lot of fun killing other players in game, but there is no need to overdo the trash talk.
